Founder, President, Full Professor
Dr. Betty Buttslut, PhD
Dr. Betty Buttslut is a renowned BNWO scholar and activist. She received her PhD in sociology and political science from Clark Atlanta University in 2017, and founded NAIFS in 2022. Using sociohistorical analysis, sociological surveys, and personal experience, Betty's work focuses on establishing hard proof for Black Supremacy, educating the masses, and recruiting whitebois for servitude. Betty has over 5 years experience teaching and designing curricula at the university level.

Associate Professor of Feminization
Andrea Bedswerver, MA
A fervent believer in social justice, Professor Andrea Bedswerver approaches her research from a critical race perspective. She examines how unjust institutions, like white marriage, and outdated cultural beliefs, like toxic white masculinity, are on the decline. Through her research, she seeks to remove obstacles to redistributive justice and reparations. Her spare time is dedicated to making materials for the Black New World Order and being an ally for Black Racial Justice.

Associate Professor of Feminization
Casey K, MA
Assc Prof. Casey is a scientist and compassionate supporter of both the LGBTQ+ and Adult Industry communities. They recieved their MSc in Biology in 2018 and their BSc in Biology in 2016, both with a focus on Behavioral Ecology and Animal Biology. Casey's passion for life and behavioral wellness is their drive to both educate and support those who want to feel more like themselves, and to help students of the NAIFS serve the needs of those they want to serve, in a safe and healthy manner. Casey has 3 years experience teaching at an academic level, and several years professional experience working with Behavioral Research and DNA.
